This Return Policy applies to physical products offered by Rejuvenateregen, such as journals, resistance bands, and session guide cards. Digital content accessed on the website is not subject to physical return.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery or pickup date, provided the item is in resalable condition with original packaging where applicable.

Eligible Items

Items must be unused, undamaged, and free of markings. Opened journals with written entries, damaged bands, or missing components from a set may not qualify for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

Contact us with your order reference, item name, and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return address. Returns sent without prior confirmation may experience processing delays.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for the same product type subject to stock. Contact us to confirm availability before shipping an item back.
